Gene expression data of ascites from Singapore. Homo sapiens

A collection of ascites and ovarian cancer gene expression data from Singapore. Overall design: Frozen archival epithelial ovarian cancer tumors samples, as well as cells from ascites fluid were collected and subjected to microarray analysis. The samples were from Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, National University of Singapore dated from 2006 to 2014.

本数据集收录了来自新加坡的腹水与卵巢癌基因表达数据。整体实验设计：收集了冰冻存档的上皮性卵巢癌肿瘤样本，以及腹水中的细胞，并进行了微阵列（microarray）分析。该批样本采集自新加坡国立大学妇产科，采集时段为2006年至2014年。
