VPRS 10943 Index to Prisoners Received

The function of this record series was to provide an index to prisoners received into Ballarat Gaol. Information recorded includes the prisoner's name; date received into custody; and references to numbers which would be either prisoner local gaol numbers or folio numbers.本记录序列的用途是为收押至巴拉腊特监狱（Ballarat Gaol）的在押人员编制索引。所记录的信息包含在押人员姓名、收押日期，以及两类编号：一类为在押人员本地监狱编号，另一类为对开页码（folio numbers）。
