Trained model weights for ScentOR, a heterogeneous knowledge distillation framework for computational deorphanization of human olfactory receptors. This archive contains gradient boosting teacher models (LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost; .model files) and PyTorch student model checkpoints (Scenarios V-VIII; .pt files) for all 20 seeds × 10 folds.
