Metadata associated with this plot can be found in the dataset DOI: 10.13140/RG.2.2.15215.38560. The three axes account for 65.03% of the variation in this dataset. Regarding stage designations, “E” represents eggs, “F” represents engorged female I. scapularis or unengorged female A. americanum, “L” represents larval mass, “M” represents unfed males, “N” represents nymphs, and “UF” represents unfed female I. scapularis. Site names and geographic coordinates can be found in S1 Table.
