Evaluating the overlap of surface protected areas with different facets of groundwater biodiversity: Glass half empty or half full? - datasets and R code

The item contains multiple datasets (morphological database, distributional data, phylogeny and IUCN statuses) as well as spatial data (shapefiles) and R code to reproduce the analyses and results presented in the manuscript entitled "Evaluating the overlap of surface protected areas with different facets of groundwater biodiversity: glass hald empty or half full?". As some parts of the analyses take a considerable amount of time, the folder "prepared RDS files" contains several prepared files in RDS format for direct import in R for quicker run of the whole script.
