Dataset for wetland plant elementome

This file contains the dataset and R code used in this study. In this dataset file, we contain eight sheets. Sheet 1, named "Metadata" contains a detailed description of the abbreviations that appear in the dataset. Sheet 2, named "plant elementome_17 element", we have a 1059*77 matrix that contains all the data used in the analysis of this study; Sheet 3, named "LMM_data ", represents the data used in Linear mixed effect model (LMM); Sheet 4, named "LMM_res ", represents the statistical result of Linear mixed effect model (LMM); Sheet 5, named "stoichiometric ratios", represents the data used in Phylogenetically controlled mixed models; Sheet 6, named "node-stability", represents the data used in leaf mutli-element network analysis; Sheet 7, named "sp_element", represents the data used for phylogenetic signal detection; Sheet 8, named "sp_tree", represents the data used to constructe the phylogenetic tree. Missing data is represented by "null".

本文件包含本研究使用的数据集与R代码。本数据集文件共包含8个工作表：1. 名为"Metadata（元数据）"的工作表，对数据集中出现的所有缩写进行了详细说明；2. 名为"plant elementome_17 element"的工作表，收录了一个1059×77的矩阵，包含本研究分析所用的全部数据；3. 名为"LMM_data"的工作表，存放线性混合效应模型（Linear mixed effect model，LMM）分析所需的数据；4. 名为"LMM_res"的工作表，展示了线性混合效应模型（LMM）的统计分析结果；5. 名为"stoichiometric ratios"的工作表，收录了系统发育控制混合模型分析所用的数据；6. 名为"node-stability"的工作表，存放叶片多元素网络分析所需的数据；7. 名为"sp_element"的工作表，包含用于系统发育信号检测分析的数据；8. 名为"sp_tree"的工作表，收录了构建系统发育树所用的相关数据。数据集中的缺失值以"null"表示。
