Diversity and Biotechnological Potential of Limestone and Serpentinite Microorganisms

In this project, lignocellulolytic, plastolytic and textile-dyeing potential of microorganisms cultivated from the surface of 10 limestone and serpentinite rocks, as well as diversity of cultivable bacteria and fungi and the petrological and mineralogical composition of collected rock samples were assessed.

本研究对从10块石灰岩（limestone）和蛇纹岩（serpentinite）表面分离培养的微生物的木质纤维素降解、塑料降解及纺织染料降解潜力，可培养细菌与真菌的多样性，以及采集的岩石样本的岩石学与矿物学组成进行了评估。
