Gene expression of human lung tissue bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), whole tissue biopsy, and digested single cell suspension of lung tissue from control and ILD samples. Gene expression profiles were captured from various samples derived from human lung tissue explants. Bronchoalveolar lavage, whole tissue biopsy, and a single cell suspension derived from digested lung tissue were prepared and evaluated via RNA-seq. This allowed for evaluation of sample preparation, and retention of singal in digested samples, to ensure that there was not significant loss of signal due to incomplete digestion or bias of preparation protocol.

本数据集涵盖对照组与间质性肺疾病(Interstitial Lung Disease, ILD)样本的人类肺组织支气管肺泡灌洗(bronchoalveolar lavage, BAL)、全组织活检以及消化后肺组织单细胞悬液的基因表达信息。本数据集的基因表达谱源自人类肺组织外植体来源的各类样本。研究人员对支气管肺泡灌洗液、全组织活检样本以及消化肺组织获得的单细胞悬液进行制备,并通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)完成检测评估。该流程可用于评估样本制备方案,并检测消化样本中的信号保留情况,以确保消化不完全或制备方案偏倚不会引发显著的信号丢失。
