Effect of control measures on the pattern of COVID-19 Epidemics in Japan

Those are the Data of Japan 2020 Mar to 2021 May.<br>Sequences were obtained from GISAID (acknowledge.zip)and summarized by PCA (PC_samples, PC_base).<br>PCA used two different sets of axes: original and new.Those are within the corresponding .RDATA files.<br>

本数据集涵盖2020年3月至2021年5月期间的日本相关数据。
序列数据均获取自全球流感数据共享平台（Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data，GISAID）的acknowledge.zip文件，并通过主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis，PCA）完成汇总处理，提取得到PC_samples与PC_base两组主成分。
本次主成分分析采用了两套不同的轴集：原始轴与新建轴，相关结果均存储于对应的.RDATA文件中。
