Microbiome diversity of three manure-based small biogas plants

In the frame of the third biogas measurement program (FKZ: 22404015) three manure-based small biogas plants from germany were investigated. To analyze the microbiome diversity within these biogas plants 16S rRNA gene amplicons and TRFs were used. These datasets were used for clustering (NMDS) with the corresponding metadata and for the investigation of community-level change points (TITAN).

本研究在第三次沼气测量项目（项目编号：22404015）的框架下，对德国3座以粪便为发酵底物的小型沼气厂开展了调研。为解析这些沼气厂内的微生物组多样性，研究采用了16S rRNA基因扩增子（16S rRNA gene amplicons）与末端限制性片段（Terminal Restriction Fragments，TRFs）技术。上述数据集结合对应元数据，被用于开展非度量多维标度（Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling，NMDS）聚类分析，并借助TITAN工具对群落水平的变化点进行了探究。
