This dataset is solely for the purpose of testing installation in HiScanner (https://github.com/parklab/HiScanner/), a single cell copy number detection method. 本数据集源自Rohrback等于2018年发表于《美国国家科学院院刊》（PNAS）的论文《单细胞核全基因组测序揭示大脑皮层神经发生过程中出现亚兆级拷贝数变异》，包含3株筛选得到的C57BL/6小鼠淋巴细胞的单细胞全基因组测序数据。本数据集仅用于测试HiScanner（一款单细胞拷贝数变异检测方法，其开源仓库地址为https://github.com/parklab/HiScanner/）的安装流程。若需获取完整数据集或将其用于其他用途，请引用原论文并遵循SRA（序列读取存档库，Sequence Read Archive）相关规定。
