Dataset from A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Parallel-group, Multicenter Protocol to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Ustekinumab Induction and Maintenance Therapy in Subjects With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ustekinumab as
intravenous (IV: into the vein) infusion in induction study in participants with moderately
to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and as subcutaneous (SC) administration in
maintenance study in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
who have demonstrated a clinical response to Induction treatment with IV ustekinumab.

本研究旨在评估乌司奴单抗（ustekinumab）的有效性与安全性：一是以静脉（intravenous，IV：经静脉输注）给药方式，针对中重度活动性溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis，UC）受试者开展诱导治疗临床试验；二是以皮下（subcutaneous，SC）给药方式，针对对静脉输注乌司奴单抗诱导治疗产生临床应答的中重度活动性UC受试者开展维持治疗临床试验。
