Bulk RNA-seq data and analysis code for: Interplay between matrix viscoelasticity and integrin engagement modulates cancer-associated fibroblast plasticity Raw_count_1 and metadata_1 are data for Figure 3, 4 and supplementary figure 1. Raw_count_2 and metadata_2 are data for Figure 5 and supplementary figure 2. CAF subset-specific markers derived from previous study: DOI: 10.1002/advs.202307129, is included in invivo_CAF_markers.本数据集包含对应研究《基质粘弹性与整合素结合的互作调控癌症相关成纤维细胞可塑性》的批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）数据及分析代码。其中Raw_count_1与metadata_1为图3、图4及补充图1所用数据；Raw_count_2与metadata_2为图5及补充图2所用数据。本数据集还包含源自既往研究（DOI: 10.1002/advs.202307129）的癌症相关成纤维细胞（cancer-associated fibroblast, CAF）亚群特异性标志物，该部分数据已收录于invivo_CAF_markers中。
