The overall objective of this study was to analyze 16S rRNA genes of Bacteria in the DNA extracted from water samples and from enrichment obtained from underground gas storage aquifers and studying of microbial diversity and potential activity.本研究的总体目标为，分析从水样以及地下储气层含水层富集物中提取的DNA内的细菌16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因，并探究其中的微生物多样性与潜在活性。
