Differential expression of keratin and keratin associated proteins in spontaneously mutated mice

To find the differential expression of genes at different post natal stages of skin development in spontaneously mutated mice in comparison to the wildtype mice skin. Differential expression of gene analysis was performed using data obtained from RNA-seq of skin samples collected at post-natal days P0, P16, P19 and P28 of wildtype and spontaneously mutated mice.

本数据集旨在对比野生型小鼠与自发突变小鼠的皮肤组织，解析皮肤发育不同出生后阶段的基因差异表达（differential expression of genes）特征。本研究通过采集野生型与自发突变小鼠在出生后第0天（P0）、第16天（P16）、第19天（P19）及第28天（P28）的皮肤样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，完成基因差异表达分析。
