Genome analysis for marine plants and its application study (KAP220248)

The objectives of current project are. to obtain genome information from 100 marine species, including animals, plants, prokaryotes, and ocean microbiome. to obtain genome information from 10 fisheries species and improve fisheries resources through collaborative research for industrial applications. to establish the National MArine Genome Information Center (NMAGIC) for archiving omics data and integrating genome information. to publish research results in top profile journals and obtain international patents

本项目旨在达成以下目标：1. 获取100种海洋物种的基因组信息，涵盖动物、植物、原核生物与海洋微生物组；2. 获取10种渔业物种的基因组信息，并通过面向产业应用的协同研究优化渔业资源；3. 建立国家海洋基因组信息中心（National Marine Genome Information Center, NMAGIC），用于组学数据归档与基因组信息整合；4. 在顶级学术期刊发表研究成果，并申请国际专利。
