Palladium(II)/<i>N</i>‑Heterocyclic Carbene-Catalyzed Direct C–H Acylation of Heteroarenes with <i>N</i>‑Acylsaccharins

N-Acylsaccharin represents a facile acyl group transfer agent to heteroarenes in the presence of Pd­(II)/NHC complexes appended with a pyrene unit. Catalytic acylation of heteroarenes was enhanced by the noncovalent interaction between the pyrene unit and substrates. High functional group tolerance, broad substrate scope, and moderate to good yields of 2-acylated azoles are added features of this method.N-酰基糖精（N-Acylsaccharin）是一类在修饰有芘单元（pyrene unit）的钯(II)/氮杂环卡宾（Pd(II)/NHC）配合物存在下，可用于杂芳烃（heteroarenes）酰基转移反应的便捷试剂。杂芳烃的催化酰化反应可通过芘单元与底物间的非共价相互作用得到有效提升。该方法还具备优异的官能团耐受性、宽泛的底物适用范围，以及可获得中等至良好收率的2-酰基唑类（2-acylated azoles）产物等优良特性。
