Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the differential gene of psoriatic CD4+ T cells treated with THZ1 and DMSO Methods: RNA sequencing of psoriatic CD4+ T cells which treated with THZ1 (10 nM) or DMSO Overall design: Overall differential gene expression through RNA sequencing comparing THZ1-treated psoriatic CD4+ T cells with DMSO-treated psoriatic CD4+ cells
研究目的:本研究旨在对比经THZ1与二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞的差异基因表达情况。
实验方法:对经THZ1(10 nM)或二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞进行RNA测序(RNA sequencing)。
实验设计:通过RNA测序,比较经THZ1处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞与经二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞的整体差异基因表达水平。
