研究目的：本研究旨在对比经THZ1与二甲基亚砜（DMSO）处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞的差异基因表达情况。
实验方法：对经THZ1（10 nM）或二甲基亚砜（DMSO）处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞进行RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。
实验设计：通过RNA测序，比较经THZ1处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞与经二甲基亚砜（DMSO）处理的银屑病CD4+ T细胞的整体差异基因表达水平。
