RNA-seq datasets of three Musa genotypes

We aim to assess heterosis and regulatory divergence in these Musa genotypes (Musa textilis var Abuab, Musa balbisiana var Pacol, and their backcross hybrid (BC2)) by estimating differential expression between the parents and between the two genotype-specific alleles in the hybrid.
