cell_trajectories_text_files

This fileset contains raw cell trajectories (x, y) for both experiment 1 and 2.<br>The two files 'traj_experiment_1.txt" and 'traj_experiment_2.txt" report the single-cell trajectories for experiment 1 and 2, respectively.<br>The zip folder "structure_trajectories" contains instead separate files (one for each technical replicate), in the typical structure layout required by the software for the generic import of single-cell migration data.本数据集包含实验1与实验2的原始细胞轨迹（x、y坐标）。 文件"traj_experiment_1.txt"与"traj_experiment_2.txt"分别记录了实验1与实验2的单细胞轨迹。 压缩文件夹"structure_trajectories"则包含多个独立文件（每个技术重复对应一个文件），其布局符合该软件用于单细胞迁移数据通用导入的标准结构要求。
