cell_trajectories_text_files

This fileset contains raw cell trajectories (x, y) for both experiment 1 and 2.<br>The two files 'traj_experiment_1.txt" and 'traj_experiment_2.txt" report the single-cell trajectories for experiment 1 and 2, respectively.<br>The zip folder "structure_trajectories" contains instead separate files (one for each technical replicate), in the typical structure layout required by the software for the generic import of single-cell migration data.
