Full-length transcriptome sequencing data of green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas)

As a widely distributed and ancient species, Chelonia mydas plays an important role in the marine ecosystem. However, at the same time, it has been listed on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Full-length transcripts of C. mydas were obtained by full-length transcriptome sequencing using ONT platform.The file includes the full-length transcriptome data of green sea turtle(Chelonia mydas) by the ONT( Oxford Nanopore platform).The stucture of every transcript is firstly the transcript's name, followed by its sequence.

作为一种分布广泛且古老的物种，绿海龟（Chelonia mydas）在海洋生态系统中发挥着重要作用。但与此同时，该物种已被列入国际自然保护联盟（IUCN）濒危物种红色名录。本研究通过牛津纳米孔（ONT，Oxford Nanopore platform）平台开展全长转录组测序，获取了绿海龟的全长转录本。本数据集包含绿海龟（Chelonia mydas）基于ONT平台获得的全长转录组数据。每条转录本的结构为：首先标注转录本名称，其后跟随其序列。
