Human Capital Accounts: Choice of Rates and Construction of Volume Indices

Both human capital and nonhuman capital play an important role in economic growth. Estimates of nonhuman (physical) capital exist for many more countries than for human capital. Recently there has been a significant increase in the number of countries for which estimates of human capital exist,人力资本（human capital）与非人力资本（nonhuman capital，即物质资本physical capital）均对经济增长发挥着至关重要的作用。目前，非人力资本的测算数据覆盖的国家数量远多于人力资本测算数据的覆盖范围。近年来，可获取人力资本测算数据的国家数量已实现显著增长。
