16S rRNA sequencing on DNA extracted from Halophila ovalis flowers, fruits, seeds, leaves, roots and sediment collected from the Swan River (Perth) in 2019. Samples were surface sterilised in order to obtain endophytic bacterial DNA. Data need to be open access in order to publish on FRONTIERS in Microbiology.\nLineage: Row sequences analysed in Mothur in order to obtain OTUs
本数据集针对2019年从澳大利亚珀斯天鹅河采集的卵叶喜盐草（Halophila ovalis）的花、果实、种子、叶片、根系及沉积物的提取DNA，开展了16S rRNA测序（16S rRNA sequencing）。所有样本均经表面灭菌处理，以获取内生细菌DNA。依据《微生物学前沿》（FRONTIERS in Microbiology）的发表要求，相关数据需开放获取。
