Cunninghamia lanceolata Female and Male Cone Raw sequence reads

The goal of this study is to provide data of differentially expressed genes between sampled female and male cones in Cunninghamia lanceolata to identify genes may associate with female/male cone development . We focused on the MIKC MADS-box genes, which play an important role in flower/cone development, and speculated the possible floral development model in Cunninghamia lanceolata (gymnosperm)

本研究旨在获取杉木（Cunninghamia lanceolata）雌雄球花采样样本间的差异表达基因数据，以鉴定可能参与雌雄球花发育的相关基因。本研究聚焦于在花/球花发育过程中发挥关键调控作用的MIKC型MADS-box基因（MIKC MADS-box），并推测了杉木（裸子植物）潜在的花发育模型。
