Preprocessed EEG features across first-episode psychosis and control groups

Entropy, statistical and frequency features extracted out of preprocessed EEG data, consisting of 32 control subjects and 50 first-episode psychosis subjects. This dataset is part of a project to replicate previous work by Gengeç Benli (2023) on EEG feature extraction and first-episode psychosis classification through machine learning models.
