RNA-Seq comparison of SCRIB KD and Control Renilla KPC organoids

本研究探讨了SCRIB在胰腺癌中的作用，实验所用模型为SCRIB敲低及对照海肾（Renilla）KPC类器官。整体实验设计：共分析6个样本，均来源于3株KPC类器官系，每株分别转染靶向海肾位点的短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA，shRNA）表达质粒，或靶向Scrib（#5523）的短发夹RNA表达质粒。
