Transgenic expression of human PON1 in Drosophila melanogaster under the Tub driver. Drosophila melanogaster

Human paraoxonase-1 (PON1) is an enzyme with lactonase, esterase and phosphotriesterase activity that has been associated with multiple phenotypes. We expressed hPON1 ubiquitously in Drosophila melanogaster using the Gal4 system Tub driver. Overall design: RNA from 30 flies from each of 3 genotypes was used to hybridize 4 arrays in a 12-plex array (4 technical replicates, 3 genotypes).

人对氧磷酶-1（Human paraoxonase-1, PON1）是一种兼具内酯酶、酯酶与磷酸三酯酶活性的酶，与多种表型相关联。我们借助Gal4系统的Tub驱动因子，在黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）中遍在表达人对氧磷酶-1。实验整体设计：针对3种基因型，每种基因型取30只果蝇的RNA，在12通道芯片中完成4张芯片的杂交实验（共设置4次技术重复，对应3种基因型）。
