High flexibility impedes evolutionary divergence of behavioral phenotype
收藏资源简介:
Analysis data and code, along with additional supplementary materials for this manuscript include: Figure01_ScriptData:An overview of the laboratory experiments used to measure the flexibility of bat echolocation signals, along with the 3D positional data and the code. Figure02_ScriptData:This dataset includes the raw data and scripts used for the analysis of bat echolocation signal flexibility in Pratt’s roundleaf bat. The data consist of measurements of call amplitude and frequency in different experimental conditions, including foraging tasks, foraging in noise, and foraging or orientation tasks in clutter. Figure03_ScriptData:Mathematical modeling of the functional significance of adjusting call amplitude and call frequency on the echolocation range of bats. Figure04_ScriptData:A comparative analysis of bat echolocation acoustic parameters across three distinct foraging habitats. Figure05_ScriptData:The data for constructing the phylogenetic tree and performing phylogenetic signal analysis based on the distribution of call frequency, call amplitude, and primary foraging habitat across 56 species of echolocating bats. Figure06_ScriptData: This dataset and code are based on an evolutionary model analyzing the paradoxical relationship between phenotypic flexibility and adaptation. FigureS1-5_ScriptData:The MATLAB scripts and datasets used in the supplementary text to generate supplementary figures 1 to 5. TableS1-6_RCodes: The folder contains the R scripts and models used to analyze the effects of foraging phases, noise levels, echolocation tasks, and habitat structure on bat echolocation calls.
