Number of genes per function within mobile genetic elements in Martinez Arbas, Narayanasamy et. al. (2020)

This repository contains a set of tables separated by COG functional categories and the type of mobile genetic element, i.e. phage or plasmid. Each table contains predicted gene functions for each COG category and information on protospacer-containing contigs (PSCCs) and non-PSCCs

本数据集仓库包含一组按COG功能类别（Clusters of Orthologous Groups）与可移动遗传元件类型（即噬菌体或质粒）划分的表格。每张表格涵盖对应COG类别的预测基因功能信息，以及含原间隔序列的重叠群（protospacer-containing contigs，PSCCs）与非PSCCs的相关信息。
