该数据包含了2023年佛山市顺德区2017年到2022年重点项目开工信息及完成投资金额信息，通过市重点工作局提供的佛山市重大项目基本信息数据，统计出每年顺德区计划开工项目数、未开工项目数和完成投资金额数据，相应的计算出开工率和完成投资金额占比数据。

This dataset, compiled in 2023, contains information on the commencement status and completed investment amounts of key projects in Shunde District, Foshan City, covering the period from 2017 to 2022. Derived from the basic information dataset of major projects in Foshan provided by the Foshan Municipal Key Work Bureau, annual metrics including the number of planned commencement projects, unstarted projects, total completed investment amounts, as well as the corresponding project commencement rate and proportion of completed investment were calculated based on the source data.
