Setaria endosphere microbiota

We surveyed and dissected the bacterial assemblages of surface-sterilized roots and panicles of wild S. pumila and S. viridis collected from 19 different sampling locations by 16S rRNA gene-based Illumina sequencing to gain understanding of the factors shaping the microbiota associated with each of these plant tissues, particularly of disseminative organs (ripe panicles harboring mature seeds).

我们针对从19个不同采样点获取的野生S. pumila与S. viridis的表面灭菌根和穗部样本，采用基于16S rRNA基因的Illumina测序技术解析其细菌群落组成，旨在明确塑造这些植物组织相关微生物群落的各类影响因素，其中尤其关注携带成熟种子的成熟穗部这类传播器官。
