青藏高原象虫和膜翅目以外类群的天敌昆虫标本样品照片DNA条形码数据集（2018-2021）

为掌握青藏高原象虫和膜翅目以外类群的天敌昆虫物种组成、区系特点及寄主信息，建立DNA条形码快速鉴定体系，子课题（2019QZKK05010606）在西藏自治区林芝市、日喀则市、山南市、昌都市、波密县的农牧交错区、农林交错区，农区与牧区腹地开展农牧有害昆虫关键类群调查，采集标本、DNA条形码样品，开展物种形态鉴定并获取DNA条形码序列信息。本数据集1个标本信息表、1个DNA条形码组织样品信息表，记录标本编号、采样地、采集时间、采集人、鉴定结果、鉴定人、条码凭证编号、标本保存地点及备注等基本信息。标本照片（1000张），生境照片（50张），生态照片（76张），DNA条形码序列（100条）。

To clarify the species composition, faunal characteristics and host information of natural enemy insects in taxa other than weevils and Hymenoptera on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and establish a rapid DNA barcode identification system, the sub-project (2019QZKK05010606) conducted a survey on key groups of agricultural and pastoral pest insects in the agro-pastoral ecotones, agro-forestry ecotones and the hinterlands of agricultural and pastoral areas in Nyingchi City, Shigatse City, Shannan City, Qamdo City and Bomi County of the Tibet Autonomous Region. During the survey, specimens and DNA barcode samples were collected, morphological identification of species was carried out, and DNA barcode sequence information was obtained. This dataset includes 1 specimen information table and 1 DNA barcode tissue sample information table, which record basic information such as specimen number, sampling location, collection time, collector, identification result, identifier, barcode voucher number, specimen storage location and remarks. It also contains 1000 specimen photos, 50 habitat photos, 76 ecological photos, and 100 DNA barcode sequences.
