This data set contains the files used for the construction and control of a drying tunnel at laboratory scale. Likewise, it contains the necessary scripts to adjust the curves of drying in the model of the characteristic drying curve (CDC) and the obtaining of the parameters with their respective confidence intervals by using Monte Carlo simulation
