In HS group pulmonary artery, The up-regulated mRNA: GHRHR, TRH, MT1R, MT2AR, GPRC5D. The down-regulated mRNA: ANKEF1, DNAJB1, MFSD4A. Among them, the most obvious difference is MT1R and MT2AR.In HS group mesenteric artery, The up-regulated mRNA: CRYAB and HSPEL. The down-regulated mRNA: APCDD1. Overall design: Pregnant female rats were fed standard diet, the CON group was given ordinary water, and the HS group was given 20% sucrose water. The offspring aged 3-5 months were obtained, pulmonary arteries and mesenteric arteries were isolated under the microscope, and the whole transcriptome was sequenced to see whether there were statistical differences in gene expression between the two groups.
高蔗糖(HS)组肺动脉中,上调的信使核糖核酸(messenger RNA,mRNA)包括:GHRHR、TRH、MT1R、MT2AR、GPRC5D;下调的mRNA包括:ANKEF1、DNAJB1、MFSD4A。其中,表达差异最为显著的基因为MT1R与MT2AR。
高蔗糖(HS)组肠系膜动脉中,上调的mRNA包括:CRYAB与HSPEL;下调的mRNA为APCDD1。
实验整体设计:将妊娠雌性大鼠以标准饲料饲养,对照组(CON)给予普通饮水,高蔗糖(HS)组给予20%蔗糖水溶液。选取3~5月龄的子代大鼠,在显微镜下分离其肺动脉与肠系膜动脉,开展全转录组测序,以探究两组间基因表达是否存在统计学差异。
