This dataset contains the Powder X-Ray Diffraction patterns of Fe2O3-TiO2 nanocomposites. The samples were synthesized via chemical coprecipitation and calcined at different temperatures (400°C, 500°C, and 600°C). They were collected using a D2 Phaser Bruker diffractometer, employing a Cu K_alfa radiation source ( 1.5410 Å) and a Ni-filter. The instrument is equipped with a 1D LynxEye detector.
Measurement Parameters:
Angular range (2theta): 20 – 90°.
Step size: 0.02°.
Time per step: 0.5 s.
Axial slit: 2.5°.
File type: .txt; temperature is indicated on file name
本数据集收录Fe₂O₃-TiO₂纳米复合材料的粉末X射线衍射(Powder X-Ray Diffraction)图谱。所有样品均通过化学共沉淀法合成,并经400℃、500℃、600℃三种不同温度煅烧处理。测试数据采用Bruker D2 Phaser型衍射仪采集,搭载Cu Kα辐射源(波长1.5410 Å)与Ni滤片,仪器配备一维LynxEye探测器。
