本数据集为拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）两种基因型Col-0与myb36-2的根系RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。供试植株分别经无菌培养，或与由41个菌株组成的细菌人工合成群落（Synthetic Community, SynCom）共培养，以探究根系扩散屏障与根系微生物组之间的相互作用。实验整体设计：探究根系扩散屏障与微生物组的互作关系。
