Normalized small RNA read counts from whole seeds

Normalized reads per million (RPM) values in 300 bp windows across the entire A. thaliana genome for 21-24 nucleotide small RNAs from ColxCol, LerxLer, CvixCvi, ColxLer, LerxCol, CvixCol and ColxCvi whole seeds 6 days after pollination.

本数据集给出了授粉后6天的Col×Col、Ler×Ler、Cvi×Cvi、Col×Ler、Ler×Col、Cvi×Col及Col×Cvi全种子来源的21~24核苷酸小RNA，在整个拟南芥（A. thaliana）基因组的300 bp窗口中的每百万归一化读段数（RPM）值。
