Self Reported NHANES BMI data

Self-reported NHANES data are stored in NHANES SR.csv in CSV format. This file contains five colums: year t, BMI in year t − 1 (i.e. year prior to the interview), BMI in year t (i.e. at time of interview), age in year t, and gender. Note 1: We associate NHANES data from survey 1999-2000 with t = 1999, from survey 2001-2002 with t = 2001, and so on. Note 2: Because self-reported NHANES data are only used for individual-level computations, NHANES SR.csv only records data from respondents who reported both (a) BMI at time of NHANES interview and (b) BMI one year prior to NHANES interview.

自我报告版美国国家健康与营养检查调查（National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey，NHANES）数据以逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）格式存储于NHANES SR.csv文件中。该文件包含五列数据：第t年、第t-1年（即访谈前一年）的身体质量指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）、第t年（即访谈当下）的身体质量指数、第t年的年龄以及性别。注释1：我们将1999-2000年调研的NHANES数据对应至t=1999，2001-2002年调研的数据对应至t=2001，以此类推。注释2：由于自我报告版NHANES数据仅用于个体层面的计算，因此NHANES SR.csv仅收录了同时报告了（a）NHANES访谈当下的身体质量指数与（b）NHANES访谈前一年的身体质量指数的受访者数据。
