Shipped and shifted: modeling collection induced bias in microbiome multi-omics using a tractable fermentation system

Quantifying and modeling multi-omic shifts in diversity and ecological network connectivity in the microbiome and metabolome in samples under simulated transport and storage conditions to mimic collection scenarios common in large scale microbiome surveys. This project contains bacterial community data (16S rRNA v4), fungal community data is available in a separate project.

本数据集通过模拟大规模微生物组调研中常见的样本采集后运输与保存条件，对样本中微生物组与代谢组的多样性及生态网络连通性的多组学动态变化进行量化与建模。本项目包含细菌群落数据（16S rRNA v4），真菌群落数据可在另一独立项目中获取。
