Integration sites of murine leukemia virus (MLV) in human K562 cells, enriched via ligation-mediated PCR (LM-PCR). Each sequence fragment contains the 3' LTR of MLV, human genomic DNA indicating the integration site, and the linker+barcode used for LM-PCR. Sequences are paired-end reads; for a given fragment, one read will begin with the LTR, and the other should begin with the linker. The first four bases after the LTR are the MLV integration site.

本数据集为通过连接介导PCR(ligation-mediated PCR, LM-PCR)富集获得的人类K562细胞内鼠白血病病毒(murine leukemia virus, MLV)整合位点序列数据。每一条序列片段均包含MLV的3'长末端重复序列(long terminal repeat, LTR)、携带整合位点信息的人类基因组DNA,以及用于LM-PCR的测序接头与条形码序列。该类序列采用双端读长测序模式;对于单条目标片段而言,其中一条读长以LTR序列起始,另一条则以测序接头序列起始。LTR序列之后的前四个碱基即为MLV的整合位点。
