Rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydroarylation of diphenylphosphinylallenes with arylboronic acids proceeded in high yields with high regio- and enantioselectivity to give chiral allylphosphine oxides of up to 98% ee. The structural determination of the key intermediate, a π-allylrhodium complex, was successful to establish the catalytic cycle of the reaction.
铑催化的二苯基膦酰基联烯与芳基硼酸的不对称氢芳基化反应,可实现高产率转化,同时具备优异的区域选择性与对映选择性,所得手性烯丙基膦氧化物的对映体过量值(ee)最高可达98%。本研究成功完成了关键中间体π-烯丙基铑配合物的结构鉴定,并据此确立了该反应的催化循环。
