装配工艺参数-全周动态接触-服役性能模型定量评价及实验验证数据集

本数据集建立了考虑合套工艺参数的全周动态接触分析模型，进一步考虑配对工艺参数，建立了配对轴承的接触分析模型，并最终通过实验验证了模型的准确性。实验过程中产生的数据来源于基本的科学原理和机械加工过程，实验数据的采集、加工和处理使用成熟的或标准的仪器设备，通过多次实验或测试保证数据的重现性和可靠性，数据可运用于研究滚动轴承装配工艺对服役性能影响机理。

This dataset first develops a full-cycle dynamic contact analysis model considering interference fit assembly process parameters, further establishes a contact analysis model for paired bearings by incorporating matching assembly process parameters, and finally verifies the accuracy of both models through experiments. The data generated during the experiments is derived from fundamental scientific principles and mechanical machining processes. The collection, processing and handling of the experimental data were conducted using mature or standard laboratory instruments and equipment, and the reproducibility and reliability of the data were ensured through repeated experiments and tests. This dataset can be applied to research on the mechanism by which rolling bearing assembly processes affect their in-service performance.
