Sebastiscus marmoratus is a native fish species to Zhejiang (China), whose population significantly decreased in recent years. In order to promote the natural population, fish breeding and release are continued by local government, while its success was significantly affected by oscillation during transportation. In the present study, juvenile S. marmoratus was challenged with different oscillation frequencies (0, 60, 180r/min, named CG, LG, HG group, respectively) and the physiological responses and transcriptomic responses were systemically evaluated.
褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)是中国浙江的本土鱼类,其种群数量近年来显著下降。为恢复其自然种群,当地政府持续开展鱼类繁育与增殖放流工作,但该工作的成效却显著受到运输过程中振荡的影响。本研究以褐菖鲉幼鱼为研究对象,设置0、60、180r/min三种不同振荡频率的处理组,分别命名为CG组、LG组与HG组,并系统评估了其生理响应与转录组(transcriptomic)响应。
