Purpose: The goal of this study was to assess changes in the activated B cells transcriptome upon TENT5C knockout in mice Methods: RNA-Seq data were obtained for LPS-activated primary B cells isolated from either wild-type or TENT5C KO mice Results: Immunoglobulins transcripts were found to be downregulated in B cells isolated from TENT5C KO mice mRNA profiles from activated B-cells from wild-type or TENT5C KO mice, generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina NextSeq 500.

研究目的:本研究旨在探究小鼠TENT5C基因敲除后活化B细胞的转录组变化。 实验方法:从野生型或TENT5C敲除(TENT5C KO)小鼠体内分离脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)活化的原代B细胞,获取RNA测序(RNA-Sequencing, RNA-Seq)数据。 实验结果:在TENT5C敲除小鼠来源的B细胞中,免疫球蛋白转录本呈现下调表达。 本数据集包含采用Illumina NextSeq 500平台对野生型或TENT5C敲除小鼠的活化B细胞进行深度测序得到的mRNA表达谱,共设置三次生物学重复。
