Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack on cold stress

In this study, Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack was taken as the research object, and cold stress was applied to it in different ways. The molecular mechanism of Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack under low temperature stress was studied by transcriptome analysis, and the differential expression genes of Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack under cold stress were screened by combining key physiological indicators.

本研究以假俭草（Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack）为研究对象，通过不同方式对其施加低温胁迫；采用转录组（transcriptome）分析手段解析其低温胁迫下的分子机制，并结合关键生理指标，筛选出该物种在低温胁迫条件下的差异表达基因（differential expression genes）。
