High-rise Office Tower precedents data-73 cases

As precedents study, 73 towers with a single central core were selected. Data, including building height, number of floors, standard floor area, and core area, were collected to estimate the mathematical correlations among various parameters and to generate thermal zoning for latter performance simulations.

本研究参考既有工程先例，选取73座带有单一中央核心筒的塔楼作为研究对象。研究收集了建筑高度、楼层数、标准层面积及核心筒面积等数据，用于估算各参数间的数学关联，并为后续性能模拟生成热分区方案。
