tubulin组成微管的蛋白质称为微管蛋白。微管蛋白是球形分子,有两种类型:α微管蛋白(α-tubulin)和β微管蛋白(β-tubulin)。β-tubulin在原核生物或真核生物中均有存在。在真菌中,β-tubulin区域相对稳定,特别适用于青霉、曲霉属的属内及中内鉴定。相比较于广泛应用的ITS区域,β-tubulin对青、曲霉属的系统发育鉴定更为准确。因此在对本项目中的所有提交曲霉属真菌加做β-tubulin区鉴定分析,有利于提高鉴定准确度。
Tubulins are a family of proteins that constitute microtubules. These globular proteins are divided into two types: α-tubulin and β-tubulin. β-tubulin exists in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. In fungi, the β-tubulin region is relatively conserved, making it particularly suitable for intra-genus and intra-species identification of Penicillium and Aspergillus genera. Compared with the widely used ITS region, β-tubulin yields more accurate phylogenetic identification results for Penicillium and Aspergillus. Therefore, performing additional β-tubulin region identification and analysis on all submitted Aspergillus fungi in this project will help improve the accuracy of identification.
