This dataset is a 30-meter resolution vegetation coverage dataset of the typical Suide sample area on the Loess Plateau in 2015. It contains three data entities: vegetation coverage, NDVI, and SRTM. The sample area is designed as one standard 1:50,000 scale map sheet with a longitude difference of 15 arcminutes, latitude difference of 10 arcminutes, and an area of approximately 410 km². It adopts the geographic coordinate system, with a resolution of 1 arc, a spatial resolution of 30 meters, is stored in raster format, has a data volume of 11 MB, and uses the WGS_84 projection. NDVI values of the area were calculated after preprocessing the downloaded remote sensing image data of the sample area, and vegetation coverage was derived using the dimidiate pixel model. After converting the coordinates to the geographic coordinate system, the data was clipped into rectangular data blocks using the precise extent.
