Comparison of whole genome gene expression profiles of stem cells from exfoliated decidous teeth (SHEDs) ,Hepatocyte like-cells derived SHEDs (SHED-Hep cells), and human primary hepatocytes. We showed that the profile of three different donors of MSC-Hep cells was close to that of human hepatocytes, but separate from that of three different donors of undifferentiated MSCs A fifteen chip study using total RNA recovered from SHEDs, SHED-Hep cells, and human primary hepatocytes, which were isolated from three or two different donors respectively.Total RNA was extracted and subjected to RNA microarray analysis.

本数据集旨在对比脱落乳牙干细胞(Stem Cells from Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth, SHEDs)、脱落乳牙干细胞来源的肝细胞样细胞(SHED-Hep细胞)以及人原代肝细胞(human primary hepatocytes)的全基因组基因表达谱。研究结果显示,3名不同供体来源的SHED-Hep细胞的表达谱与人原代肝细胞相近,却与3名不同供体来源的未分化间充质干细胞(MSCs)的表达谱存在显著差异。本研究使用分别从3名或2名不同供体中分离得到的SHEDs、SHED-Hep细胞与人原代肝细胞的总RNA,开展了15张芯片的实验;提取总RNA后,对其进行RNA芯片(RNA microarray)分析。
